Meet Annick

A French-Canadian with an Italian heart
and a passion for creating extraordinary
celebrations.

Annick genuinely loves what she does—and it shows in every wedding she plans.

Born and raised in Canada, with an international background and more than 20 years of life and professional experience in Italy, she understands the expectations, questions and concerns of couples planning their wedding from abroad.

Her greatest strength is her ability to translate each couple’s vision into the Italian reality—bridging cultural differences, navigating local ways of working and understanding the small nuances that can make all the difference.

Annick’s journey in event planning began on the Tuscan coast, where she organized gala dinners, private celebrations and international events. Today, she brings together that experience, trusted local relationships and a genuine passion for people to create destination weddings that feel personal, joyful and beautifully organized.

Fluent in English, French, Italian and Portuguese, Annick communicates easily with couples and guests from around the world. She listens carefully, anticipates what may be needed and always looks for the best possible solution.

Warm, energetic and attentive, she will be your planner, your local guide and your calm point of reference throughout the entire journey—from your first ideas to the final celebration.

Matilde

Italian-born with international experience gained while living in Canada, Matilde is also Annick’s niece—so trust and teamwork come naturally!

Resourceful, practical and always ready to step in wherever she is needed, she is the kind of person who finds a solution before anyone else has even noticed the problem.

A true all-rounder—and yes, she is very good at what she does. We know it, and soon you will too!

Hilary

Born and raised in the United States, Hilary has called Tuscany home for more than 15 years. Her international perspective, local knowledge and extensive experience in event organization make her an invaluable presence on every wedding day.

When the pressure rises, Hilary is the person you want beside you: calm, attentive and completely in control. With a cool head and a warm heart, she notices every detail, handles the unexpected and makes sure you always feel supported.

A Family Business at Heart

And yes, UhLaLa is also a family business! Depending on the celebration, you may encounter Annick’s daughter Daphné, her son Ruben or her nephew Leone lending an extra pair of hands.
